Second, the pump assembly and disassembly
1, the pump assembly DG pump assembly quality directly affects the quality of the pump can be normal operation, and affect the pump life and performance parameters; affect the unit vibration and noise, the assembly should pay attention to the following points:

a. The concentricity of the fixed parts after the combination of parts is ensured by the manufacturing precision and assembly quality of the parts. The processing precision and surface roughness of the parts should be guaranteed. The touching and scratching of the parts should not be allowed. Molybdenum disulfide used as a sealant should be clean. Tightening screws, bolts should be force evenly.

b, impeller outlet flow path and guide vane inlet flow channel is dependent on the axial size of the parts to ensure that. The quality of the flow channel has a direct impact on the performance of the pump, so the size of the pump can not be adjusted.

c, After the pump is assembled, before turning on the filler, turn the pump rotor by hand to check whether the pump rotor rotates freely in the housing and whether the axial movement meets the specified requirements.

d, the above inspection meets the requirements, add packing at the shaft seal at both ends of the pump, pay attention to the relative position of the packing rings in the packing room.

2, the pump removal

a, demolition to be carried out in the reverse order with the assembly, demolition should be strictly protected parts manufacturing accuracy from damage.

b, remove the wear bar should be the first cushion with the middle pad, so as not to loosen the middle of the stop after the shaft bending.

Third, the installation of the pump
In addition to the installation of this pump to meet the general installation of technical requirements, but also should note the following:

1, When the combination of motor and pump is installed, the axial end of the pump coupling should be pulled out axially, and the 3-5mm end clearance value should be retained to ensure the axial clearance between the two couplings of the pump and the motor.

Note: Make sure the floor leveling, equipment level after a good degree of grouting

CAUTION: For the installation to be successful, the coupling adjustment must be correct and the flexible coupling can not compensate for any significant misalignment. Misalignment can cause rapid wear, noise, vibration, and damage to the equipment. Therefore, the coupling must be adjusted within the limits given.

Caution: Measures must be taken to support the pump inlet and outlet pipes to prevent excessive pump load

2, pump and motor shaft center line should be in the same horizontal line.

3, the pump can only withstand its own internal forces, can not afford any external force.

Fourth, the pump start, run, stop
(A) start:

WARNING: For the operator's safety, do not exceed the pump nameplate in order to avoid endangering the safety of the equipment and the operator. To ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of pumps and other movements, please refer to the instructions.

1, the pump should be operated before the first rotor, check the rotor is flexible.

2, check the motor steering is consistent with the pump steering.

3, close the pump outlet gate valve, pressure gauge cock, with the delivery of liquid or vacuum system to exclude the suction tube and the body of the air pump (no empty car start running).

4, check the pump and motor coupling bolt tightness and safety around the pump, so that the pump is ready to start.

WARNING: EQUIPMENT OPERATES ONLY FOLLOWING THE COUPLING SHIELD AND MISCELLANCE OF THE SAME CAUSED BY PERSONAL INJURY.

5, start the pump, to be normal operation of the pump, open the pressure gauge cock, slowly open the outlet gate valve, press the outlet pressure gauge to control the pump given head.

(B) run:

1, This type of pump balances the axial force by the internal balance mechanism, the balance device has a balanced liquid outflow, and the balance liquid is connected to the suction section by the balance water pipe.

2, this type of pump bearing all have cooling devices, pumps must be connected before the cooling water pipe. Bearing temperature changes reflect the assembly quality of the pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 35 ºC ambient temperature, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ºC.

WARNING: Handling equipment that is not properly lubricated may cause bearing heat, breakage, pump stalls, equipment damage, and personal injury to the operator.

3, the pump rotor in operation there is a certain degree of axial swimming, the motor and the pump should ensure that the gap between the two coupling end face value.

4, the pump should be checked during operation impeller, seal ring, guide vane sets, balance disc, sleeve wear, excessive wear should be promptly replaced.

WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR, MAINTENANCE OR CLEAN UP IN THE ROTARY MACHINE AS NEITHER OF AN EMERGENCY OPERATOR.

5, the user should be based on the specific circumstances set out a more detailed operating procedures.

(C) Parking: stop the pressure gauge cock before closing, and then slowly close the exit gate valve until the exit gate valve is closed to stop the motor.
