                                                   Application

Sewage can be transported, containing suspended solids, long fiber material and domestic wastewater. Pump for high-quality cast iron material, the medium temperature does not exceed 100 ºC.
2, PWF-type corrosion-resistant sewage pump for temperature not exceeding 80 ºC of sewage can be transported with acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage, widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection And sewage treatment and other industries. Structure
The pump is mainly composed of the pump cover , the pump body , the impeller , the shaft , the shaft sealing body, the bearing housing .
Pump outlet vertical upward, but also can be installed into the horizontal direction, the pump directly driven by the flexible coupling (also can be used according to the need to use belt drive).

                                                                 Installation and assembly
(A) Unit installation
1. Check the concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft after installation. The difference between the upper, lower, left and right of the two couplings must not exceed 0.1mm. The difference in clearance between the two coupling end surfaces should not exceed 0.3mm .
2, the pump itself should not be subjected to excessive pipe weight, when the weight of the inlet and outlet pipes and valves or torque larger should be another pipeline support.
3, the pump inlet pipe installation, should prevent leakage and nesting air.
(B) pump assembly
(1) remove the pump cover; (2) loosen the impeller nut, remove the impeller nut and the lock washer; (3) pull out the impeller, remove the key; ( 4) Remove the seal seat cover, remove the mechanical seal; (5) Remove the pump coupling and bearing cover, you can remove the two rolling bearings together from the bracket.
2, after the disassembly reassemble, should clean all the parts, and the surface with the oil after the assembly.
3, in the bracket bearing cavity should be installed about 70% of calcium-based grease may not be filled or too small. Mechanical seal assembly should pay attention to keep moving, static ring mirror clean, sealed cavity filled with the appropriate amount of calcium-based grease.
4, after assembly, hand pump pump coupling, should be flexible and uniform rotation, no touch friction and abnormal sound, or should be reassembled.

                                    
Use and maintenance
1, the pump should first fluid, side by side to the pump air, and then start.
2, first start or replace the wire connector, you should jog the motor, check the steering is correct.
3, the pump inlet pipe if equipped with a gate valve, the gate valve should be fully open before starting. Silicon liquid exhaust, turn off the outlet pipe gate valve, start the pump, and then open the outlet pipe gate valve. Adjustment to the operating conditions, can not be used to close the gate valve on the inlet pipe to adjust conditions, shut down before shutting down the outlet pipe gate valve, and then stop.
4, the pump is running, if abnormal vibrations and sounds, should immediately stop checking. Under normal circumstances, 3000 hours of operation, should be disintegrated for a check, and replace the consumable parts should not be reused.
5, a short shutdown, such as the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of liquid to be emptied of liquid. Long-term shutdown, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned, reassembled after proper custody.

                                 
  Start, stop and run
1, start
1) Check whether the bearing box has been refueled, the oil level is normal oil level line.
2) Check whether the direction of rotation of the motor is consistent with the direction of rotation of the pump.
3) Close the spit valve and pressure gauge cock plug, while the top of the screw through the pump body, to the pump suction pipe irrigation.
4) Start the motor and open the pressure gauge cock.
5) When the water pump reaches the normal speed, when the pressure gauge shows the corresponding pressure, open the vacuum gauge cock and gradually open the gate valve on the drain pipe until it is needed.
2, stop
1) First slowly close the outlet pipe gate valve, and then cut off the power.
2) In case of freezing season, shut down, open the lower part of the pump body of the four-way plug, drain the water to avoid cracking.
3) If not for a long time, the parts should be removed and wiped clean, and the sliding surface coated with anti-rust oil, properly preserved.
3, running
1) During the operation of the pump, attention must be paid to the observation instruments, bearing fever, packing leakage and pump vibration, noise and other conditions are normal, such as abnormalities should be promptly handled.
2) The maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 75 ºC.
3) Bearing oil should be maintained at the normal oil level, not too high or too low, too low should be refueled.
4) Seal ring and impeller with the gap, greater than the following values should be replaced with a new seal ring.
Suction nozzle diameter ≤ 100mm, the total diameter of the gap ≥ 1.5mm
When the suction port diameter> 100mm, the total diameter of the microphone ≥ 2mm
