Product Description

LIHG single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps are energy-saving products for replacing F-type corrosion-resistant pumps.They are applicable to the conveying of corrosive mediums with a temperature of -20ºC to 105ºC,or mediums with physical and chemical properties similar to that of water in fields,such as chemical,petroleum,metallurgy,power station,food,pharmacy,and synthetic fiber.










                                          Structure
LIHG pumps:they are single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps.The inlets adopt the axial suction manner and their outlets face upward.
Model/specification-caliber:20~200(mm)
The pumps,with a caliber of 20mm to 200mm,are direct-coupled with motors;the pump bearings are completely concentric and realize direct power transmission; they have the advantages of low noise,small vibration,steady operation,and small floor area.
Maximum operating pressure:1.6Mpa.The medium is clean water with a temperature not higher than 105ºC,or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to that of clean water.

Pump bearing:2Cr13
Mechanical seal:rubber bellows are used for sealing;the rotating ring and the stationary ring are made of a hard alloy.
